Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Your use of the Round Review app is governed by Apple's standard license agreement, together with the short terms below.
Apple's Standard License Agreement
The Round Review app is licensed, not sold, to you by Round Review (operated by Sam Bauch). Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated here by reference. Among other things, the Standard EULA sets out the scope of your license and use restrictions, the absence of warranty, that Apple is not responsible for the app, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the agreement.
Subscription
Round Review offers a limited number of free rounds (currently your first three); continued full access then requires an auto-renewable monthly subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The price and current terms are shown at the point of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
AI features and accuracy
Round Review's shot placements, distances, and stats are estimates generated by software from your inputs and course data. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional golf instruction or advice. Use them at your own discretion.
Privacy
How we collect and handle your data — including voice, location, and scorecard photos — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Except where Apple's Standard EULA provides otherwise, these Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
